Established in 1917, Tahoe City Golf Course is one of the oldest golf courses in the Lake Tahoe area. The course has a long history of famous players including Bob Hope, Frank Sinatra, and Sammy Davis Jr. The hilly landscape overlooks Lake Tahoe, allowing a picturesque setting of lake views and clear blue skies. There are a few bunkers scattered throughout and water hazards come into play occasionally. The golf course has maintained its beauty throughout the years and its player-friendly layout still offers an excellent round. Tahoe City Golf Course also offers a practice facility for golfers to use that features a putting green, chipping bunker, and a netted driving range.
